CBS TO SPIN OFF 50

Speculation is that Palm Springs most certainly is on the list. David, what would you put the value of KEZN 103.1 at ?

Interestingly, I asked about this station and found it was not for sale as recently as earlier this year; I kind of wanted to make an offer on it. I got the distinct impression it's and excuse to travel to the desert in January, if you get my drift.

Since the auction of the new Indian Wells license went for nearly $4 million and we know what Liberman is paying (but he is paying for what it can be, not what it is) I would guess that the value is in the $6 to $7.5 million range. Of course, with both radio and the economy off, something a bit on the lower side would not surprise me.
