CBS3 has released Alycia from her contract...

How sweet it is 700 grand down the drain now if only that dope Booker would get let go by the Q.
 
Told ya so! After what went down in New York, there was no way that CBS3 could let her anchor a newscast. Alycia is damaged goods.

What a dumb thing for her to get mixed up in anyway! You'd think that the whole flap about the bikini pics would have been enough of an inducement to keep her nose clean. This really was self-destructive behavior.
 
I must say would love to see Cbs3 make a play for Stacy Weaver to come over to replace Miss Lane and Lisa Mishler is out of the running she is headed for Fla to anchor at 11pm.

Wouldn't surprise me if she ended up on the Fox O&O in New York. Maybe even the one in Philly.
 
... and Ms. Lane may sue CBS

She has hired an attorney to pursue a wrongful-dismissal lawsuit.

It is safe to say that Ms. Lane will not be working for any Fox O&O. The New York Post -- a corporate cousin to Fox -- has reported on her affair with a New York anchorman and her sexy e-mails to an NFL Network host.
