That's a link to an article published today in the San Antonio Business Journal about CC announcing finalists to create a new "state of the art" radio ratings system.
I hadn't heard of this. Interesting to have a group owner driving the creation of a new ratings system. That's what I call leverage!
Anyone else concerned about the larger implications of station owners dictating the terms of how ratings are measured? Strikes me as a lot like how the political parties draw legislative districts that favor the party in power - and we know how that works.
