Clear Channel's executives are part of the $350 million cost-cutting plan. CEO Mark Mays and CFO Randall Mays will each see their 2009 base pay cut to $500,000 with no guarantee of a bonus. The news comes a day after Clear Channel cut 1,850 employees from its payroll.

Lord willing, the children of the executives will not go hungry. Please pray for them. :-\
 
Does this mean their children will have to return the ponies they just got for Christmas? It's just terrible!
 
They had to cut their pay. This will help in bringing the bottom line within the budget - thereby allowing them a big bonus at year's end. So see, they take a little hit now to make it up a little later, and they make it appear like they care.

And the kids get to keep the pony.
