I feel bad for Russ. It sure says something about the state of the business that they had to cut a guy like him. But then, check this out:

Radio and Records: "Anyone who has ever called or visited Clear Channel/Los Angeles over the last decade or so certainly knows CC/L.A.'s longtime receptionist-to-the-stars Kathy Kerran, who, sadly, was another downsizing casualty."


When freakin' LOS ANGELES has to let the receptionist go, CC is pretty much out of people to cut in any further downsizing.
