CC BPT gearing up for HD

KKMY is running an 8 second delay but not sure if they have the HD online...they recently changed their STL to a Harris Starlink digital....
FUNNY thing is their "translator" on 103.3 is NOT delayed a nd is 8 secs ahead of 104.5.....hmmmm if it was a TRUE, legal translator, it would be in sync with the main 104.5 signal...instead it just proves 103.3 is NOT a translator but an illegal LPFM.....Hey CC turn the damn thing off!!! You arent fooling us!!! and the FCC wont be fooled either when they come a-callin'!!
Also 92.5 is supposively getting ready for HD....they installed a new Nautel transmitter with the Flexstar exciter on it..
could 106.1 be next???
