Job Title: Commercial Production Director
Job Description: Clear Channel seeks resumes and audio demos for full time Commercial Production Director. Candidates must: Work hand in hand with Sales, Traffic and Programming departments to produce/voice/edit commercial copy. Basic spot "dubbing" required. “Commercial” quality voice talent mandatory. Work with sales on effective marketing strategies for clients...including: creation of commercials, including but not limited to: writing copy, creating mp3/CD copies of copy for clients. Work with traffic/continuity departments and other creative professionals within the cluster, under deadline, frequently tight, with little advance planning. Delegate to/follow up with air-talent on appearance/endorsement copy. Knowledge of varied formats a plus. Proficiency with following highly helpful: Pro Tools, NexGen/Prophet automation systems, Cool Edit, online spot-delivery services, broadcast/production mixing boards, Mac AND PC software, Microsoft word and excel, and basic production studio tools. Candidate must be able maintain and troubleshoot above equipment.
