CC Kills Oldies on 94.9 HD-2

Looks like Atlanta is without oldies again. I went to listen to oldies on 94.9 HD-2 while at work today and instead I get more country music

I go online to http://967litefm.com and click on the hd radio link to get oldies and instead I get the same country music.

Why does CC have to ruin every station they get their hands on?

Look up Clear Channel= Morons in the inth degree. They had to sell off properties because they didnt know what to do with them.. It will be a good day indeed when all CC stations are off the air, and in the hands of competent owners. Then we may find that English speaking radio will return to the airwaves of ATLANTA

It's part of their corporate policy.

LF

really? can U find us that statement somewhere in their corporate policy? many would be interested in reading their philosophy in that area

HD Radio is dead before it get's started because the idiot's that program them seem to think we want to hear the same programing that they have on their AM and FM frequency's. Where is the strategy to improve programing? Radio is in a fine mess and does not matter to most people now which is ashame.

Speaking of CC and HD radio...

They almost always tend to have HD-2 formats that are very similiar to what is on their analog & HD1. With WGST's pathetic nightime signal, I am surprised they don't offer it on an HD2 or HD3, similiar to how WSB is simulcast on WSRV-2.
