I know this has been discussed before, but what is the deal with KAVL in Lancaster? Presuming all goes according to plan, will it be sold/is it being sold? It seems I get a decent signal on this station during the day even in the south IE, and at night, it directionalizes south and I've heard it in LA. It woulds seem that it would fetch a nice amount for a Lancaster station, as well as being in the "LA" market. David? Anyone?

That whole market bills in total only about a million: an AM there is likely worth aobut a half-million. It all depends on how much someoen wants to own a station there.
