CC launches WXKS-FM HD2 and WJMN HD2

Interestingly, the formats are different than the press releases stated. WXKS-FM, which was supposed to run the "Artist Channel", is instead running a "New Music" channel on it's HD2 that's also being heard on Hot 99.5 in Washington, D.C., and Mix 96.5 in Houston.

WJMN is running "Old Skool Hip-Hop", which appears to be running on Kiss 103.5 in Chicago, and WJLB in Detroit. They were supposed to run "Xtreme Hip Hop", which is running on KMEL in San Francisco.

The two stations serve as the first HD2s in Boston.

I'm hearing Rhythmic CHR on the Kiss 103.5 HD channel.

The CC HD Radio website lists WKSC as Old School Hip Hop, but after checking with the online stream, it definitely is not. Eitherway, Kiss 103.5 does not seem to be long for the world, so the HD channel will probably change as well.
