The Justice Department says Clear Channel must sell radio stations in San Francisco, Houston, Las Vegas and Cincinnati to complete its $19.5 billion go-private buyout with Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners. The DOJ's Antitrust Division says without a sale, the deal would result in higher prices for advertisers.
