Seven employees for Clear Channel's New Orleans cluster, who are African-American, have filed discrimination charges with the EEOC, citing they're not paid as much as their caucasian colleagues:

I love it. Hell, there is rampant favoritism in every sales department and always has been. Most of it is caused by inept managers throughout the system (name the town) who have no business managing anybody. Age discrimination, gender discrimination ( big boobs are a plus ya know), race discrimination, good ol' boys taking care of themselves. It's going to be tough to prove because there are so many horror stories no one would know where to begin....CC screwed up the biz anyway so let 'em have it....they deserve it....
