CC on the verge of default?

Sounds like they need a government bailout. Oh yes, I forgot, that's the chain whose hosts call homeowners who signed adjustable rate mortgages deadbeat losers. Well, let's see if they blame themselves for this mess.
 
The papers said something similar about Regent this spring. No effect so far.
