CC Phoenix Morning Shows to Join Local FOX Affiliate

Clear Channel/Phoenix says KKEZ-FM (99.9 KEZ) morning hosts Beth McDonald and Bill Austin along with KNIX-FM morning duo Ben Campbell and Matt McAllister will become regular contributors to FOX 10 Arizona Morning at 7am and 8am weekdays. Beginning in early February, the radio hosts will join the TV outlet's Ron Hoon, Rick D'Amico and Alexis DelChiaro to chat up the day's news, lifestyle information and local events.

"We're excited to be teaming with the FOX gang in this manner. Both morning tandems bring their own unique, funny, and sometimes twisted take on the day's current events. FOX has been a terrific collaborator with us on several partnerships in the recent past and I'm confident this pairing will prove equally fulfilling," said Clear Channel Phoenix VP/Market Manager Joe Puglise. Not necessarily surprised by this since B&B have had a commercial on Fox for the last month.

The morning program? For the most part, the main players of their crew haven't changed in the last 6 years, probably longer, and have been big ratings for the last 14 years.
 
John Jay & and Rich were on GMAZ this morning at 5:45, roughly the old Tim & Willy spot. I missed the beginning so I'm not sure if they are going to be a daily thing.
 
I'm hearing the LMP demo's for KTVK are very poor, especially in the morning news block. Can anyone share any info?

Right, that's my understanding. Also, according to what was posted on another board, KTVK is #1 in the key demos in the 5-6:30 pm block too.
 
KOOL Morning Crew appeared on 3TV 13 February at 5:50. I missed the beginning so I'm not sure if it's going to be a regular thing but they said they would be back on later.
