I'm sure these men have talent, but SERIOUSLY. The music DOES sound like it's on repeat. For Example (just one), just about everyday/every other day, you can guarantee to hear either Daft Punk's "One More Time" or "Around the World" on KISS. However, it's no worse than most other broadcasting companies these days.
 
I guess I should clarify my comment. They show little to no interest in those who can think outside the box and really make a station great, unique... successful! The interest seems to lie in someone who will follow their tight little rules, just do the daily administrative tasks of a PD. So that is why I said what I said. I don't know these new guys, though... and nothing against them. What do I know? We the listeners are listening. ;)
