Big market clusters will take over all traffic and billing departments in the smaller markets, so that they can chop chop more heads. Who needs a local billing department anyway. All the money is mailed to San Antonio. And traffic? You don't need somebody in-house to help you make sure your spots are rotating correctly. But what about over-selling inventory? Who will decide what clients get booted off the log? Won't be in local hands to protect those favorite clients with the $25 rates. Could get really interesting...
