Clear Channel has to sell stations to meet the privatization deadline next month. They sell KBKO to Lotus, will they do the same in Fresno with KHGE? - They have placed several markets into the Aloha Trust and before they come back to the company, some have to go. No doubt Fat Dawg Sports, Lotus or Wilks would take another FM in Fresno. The rumours have KHGE being the targeted station to go, but on another frequency, like Bakersfield.

I think if they going to sell one station it would be the lesser power 96.7,and move Alice back to 102.7.

I saw that KHGE got rid of a jock and added a new one on the web....Frankie? Very curious to see how this all plays out.

I saw in the trades that KJewel is looking for a fulltime newsperson. Did they lose somebody or are they adding more staff? That would be a rare move these days.

CC should move there more popular station KRZR to 102.7,it would give them more coverage 450 feet higher over the valley,and still be 50K in power it would help the drop of point ,north of Herndon ,plus serve Tulare county better as well as Merced. then if there go to sell one station it would be KHGE 103.7.

KFSO in Fresno and KDFO Bakersfield are in the trust to be sold.
