First of all, there is no WYCL in Baton Rouge--'tis in Pensacola. Second, the trio is based in Baton Rouge, not Beaumont.

But the real issue for me is this: Is this show so wonderful that it warrants syndication in faraway markets...or is this simply another cost-cutting move by Clear Channel?

Actually they are all very nice people, and at least Bob Murphy has been working at the flagship station since dirt was new. I say thank Goodness one syndicated show doesn't rely on continuous bits of "who can call us with the best sound of flushing your cellphone down the toilet".

As for how it works, remember that BR was the original flagship of http://www.bigdandbubba.com/. Study their success...

AllAccess sure garbled this one, they usually do better.
