CC to keep WMCM & WRKD ??

In today's Courier-Gazette :

WRKD/WMCM not affected by Clear Channel move


ROCKLAND — Locally-licensed radio stations WRKD-AM and WMCM-FM are not among the radio stations put on the market Thursday by Clear Channel Communications Inc.

Why would they do this?

Would it be possible for Nassau to own all the stations in the Midcoast?They now own 105.5 & 106.9.CC owns 102.5,103.3, and am 1450.

I would slap a fin on the counter and wager that it's because those stations already have a buyer.
