Yeah, my drugs wore off. I forgot that they were stunting with soft AC today....but I looked at the site and it looked more legit when I saw it and I jumped to conclusions.

Migration of News Talk to FM is inevitable. As long as KFBK and KSTE's billings are strong there is no rush.
 
CC could make 93.7 KFBK-FM with a simulcast during the morning and do a different talk line up the rest of the day.Peak Fresno did it with JACK-FM KFJK 105.9 in Fresno to become KMJ-FM. This way CC can do a format on 93.1 like JACK without the JACK name.

There was a song by KISS ("Goin' Blind") that said
I'm 93 and you're 16.

So I'd say it's to attract younger listeners.
