Keep in mind that if this is an AM tower, you will have to turn off your transmitter anytime they are installing or working on equipment that is on the tower. This translates to hours or sometimes days of down time. If this is a series fed AM tower they will have to use isocouplers or other means to decouple their antenna and coax from the tower, i.e. more expense to user. A lot of potential tower users are not to thrilled about going on a high power broadcast tower because of potential RF interference problems. But good luck!
