Cell Phone FM Tuners.

After countless searches I can't find any info on the FM Tuner chip on my Nokia Xpress Music 5310 cell phone. For a FM Tuner on a chip hardware it can pickup my local Low Power community radio station and stations that are up north from Columbus Ohio. (Example Westerville, New Albany, Newark, Ohio) The interesting thing is that WCRS LPFM Community Radio translator puts out 170 watts. There is a 175,000 watts FM station in down town Columbus that drowns out the LPFM station on my other conventional radios but not my phone FM tuner until I reach the Nationwide buildings. Other notes that my downtown apartment is on the fourth floor.

Any answers?
