Each time I post something, it gets deleted. Did I anger someone on this board?

Yeah, I got deleted yesterday, too.

Course, this may get deleted, which kind of makes it all so...pointless....

It's a conspiracy against us CC types. I was going to blame it on my new hairdo, but that's been done enough for one week. BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

The site had a database crash

This happened on all the boards. Sorry, no need to freq out.

Per our site administrator:

"I hope this doesn't become routine. I was wiping out a spammer and my command was replicated across ALL the posts...similar to how a post with the same post number randomly shows up twice. All data was lost from today (Thursday).

We just have to keep toughing it out."

There you have it. Be safe, y'all...
Edited by classicradionut on 04/07/06 05:06 PM.

I've heard that this was a result of Georgia Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney slapping the server. Any truth to this rumor?

Cheers!

Re: The site had a database crash

Actually, that's just "Homeland Security" pulling our records from the servers again. This board is not designated a "Freedom of Speech Zone", so they mine it from time to time. Remember, Civil Disobedience is still Disobedience.

Mckinney looks too much like a former sales person here, same strange behavior too. Those who knew her, will draw the same parallels... McKinney is the reason, Georgia should have been allowed to secede from the union. Well, her, and their state legislature.

The same folks who took the taxpayer time to make it perfectly legal to say "Merry Christmas", in their beloved state. Surely, it must have been illegal before then, and that state solved ALL other problems... Hopefully they will legalize "Happy Easter" in time... CFKane

Most of Georgia won't claim her. That woman is batty.

I'll be quiet now lest we get moved to another forum...
______________

Yes...please note that I, a native of Marietta, Georgia on the outskirts of the great city of Atlanta...that I now live in Mississippi. There are reasons for which I refuse to move back home. She is definitely one of them. I've never liked her in the past, and this incident is yet another embarrassment to those of us who call Georgia our native state. If the voters in her district don't see through her crap this time, I give up.

SORRY...I KNOW THIS IS A RADIO BOARD...so back to topic...what was the topic?

Oh yeah...the game of radio has been very very good to me. There...

Grew up in Smyrna. It was a lot different then. Oh, and to keep on Radio topic, there was a station in ATL back in 1986, a zoo morning show that did Flintstone Friday, talk about a "gimmick", yabba dabba doo! CFKane
