In the weeks that followed, many talk show hosts were forbidden to talk about breast cancer fer cryin' out loud. Not because of anything intentional on the broadcaster end, it's because stations were just broadsided by this sudden and extremely vague dictate and management and station lawyers didn't know what to make of any of it.
