With my previous Centurions threads locked due to lack of activity, I've started another thread list some new stations (see if you can spot them!). I probably won't have to do this again, because I don't know how many stations there are that I haven't already listed. Hope nobody minds!

P.S. There are some fairly large markets where Centurions apparently didn't clear, including Columbus, Honolulu, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Mobile/Pensacola, Quad Cities and Tampa/St. Petersburg. If you find evidence that the show did indeed air in any of those areas, please share it with me!
