I know CFLZ 105.1 upgrade their signal a while. Based on the Rec.net website their signal should penetrate Buffalo no problem. How come CFLZ is not showing up on the Arbitron ratings? I notice some Toronto stations are showing up on Buffalo ratings but no CFLZ.

What's the signal strength really like in Buffalo?
There are some grocery stores in Niagara falls USA that seem to have that station on all the time, but as you go closer to Buffalo, I think they tend to become more loyal to Star 102.
