Changes at AM 850 WKNR!

So i heard a teaser on WKNR promoting BIG CHANGES coming to their lineup. They have done this in the past and it always ends up being something minor...For Example:

Expanding Cleveland Browns Daily to to 2 hours
Adding Emmett Golden to the last hour of the really big show
Adding an extra hour to the afternoon show
Moving Goldhammer to the afternoon show

So does anyone think they will really shake it up? I would love to see them expand local programming or have more weekend local programming since 92.3 has cut WAY back!! My fear is that they expand the morning show to 6-10am cut an hour from RBS and everything else stays the same! My hope is they keep the AM show the same, RBS from 9am-1pm, Browns Daily 1-3pm, Emmett and Jerrod from 3-6, and add a new local show from 6-9 or 10pm.

Thoughts?

They dropped those promos and the "mystery voice" teasers like a hot potato as of late last week. Didn't hear them at all after Wednesday. The new changes were supposed to go into effect this coming Tuesday, the 3rd, but no mention at all was made on Friday. My guess, and this is purely speculation, is that Jim Donovan was going to join the station in some capacity. Maybe his own show, for an hour between RBS and Browns daily? I don't know, but with Jim's recent news about his health I think that has all gone by the wayside.

Unless they are pulling the plug on Goldhammer or Emmett I have zero interest. They make those shows unlistenable. Goldhammer just disagrees to disagree and Emmett can't get through a sentence without giggling hysterically for 2 minutes. Jim Donovan would have been a nice addition to the station. It desperately needs a professional broadcaster.
