Changes at KLUV

Wow! That's what I get for posting to a board that I really have no business contributing to. I'll have to admit that I laughed out loud when I read your replies to my post, charles123 and little1. They contained just the right amount of sarcasm! I think I'll go back to just monitoring this board and learning from you guys.

THAT IS OLD NEWS, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN??

Really? When did the announcement first appear on the KLUV page? When did KLUV announce that they were going HD, and adding all-Beatles on HD2? What about their new and improved "Live on Line" push? Moreover, when and at what length were all of these subjects discussed on this board?

It's news that information about addition of HD and a description of the HD2 programming appears on the KLUV website. And it's news to me that it's on the website in the first place, since I don't check it on a regular basis. While you may believe that the facts are common knowledge ("old news") the fact that they're on the website might not be.

Don't leave. Your contributions are as valid as those of anyone else. There's a lot to keep up with in the radio business and a lot of us miss things the first time around.

Jody,

I'm surprised KLUV is going Fab over Holiday for that HD2. Think of how many folks would buy HD radios sooner. ;D

Opppps... Speaking of which ::)

I'm flattered, I guess. But I'm not Jody.
