"There have been some changes at 107.1 The Peak this week. Long time nighttime guy, Mike Batiste has decided to leave his on-air position at The Peak in order to take on new and exciting responsibilities for the parent company, Pamal Broadcasting. His last show was Wednesday night and his new position is Interactive New Media Director, based at Pamal local headquarters in Beacon. Mike’s been essential to the establishment of The Peak brand here in New York’s Backyard and everyone is excited for him to flourish in this newly created position. Kat Suda has moved down from Beacon to take over the off-air portion of Mike’s job in Promotions here at The Peak.
The great news in all this is that one of the best women on the air anywhere has expanded her role at The Peak. Caroline Corley, who was a weekend and fill-in jock, will now be heard as the host of The Peak “After Hours”, every weeknight from 7-Midnight in addition to her weekend shifts. Caroline has such a unique and fresh approach to radio, always with something creative to say in a distinctive style that adds so much personality to the station. Caroline’s even in competition with herself, as she can also be heard Mon-Fri from 6-Midnight on Sirius Spectrum (Channel 18)."
