If we start with the idea that he means an on-air PD, then the first who comes to mind is Omar Romero at KLOL, which has moved from 4th in 18-49 in September to 10th in the March book (and 6th to 12th in 25-54)?

It appears that Juan Arroyo is in for Omar at the CBS Megas.
