Changes coming to Gadsden??

So the radio rumor mill is churning with rumors that major changes are coming to Gadsden after Jan. 1? To be more exact the rumor has WAAX-AM and WGMZ-FM being sold. Does anyone seem to know about this?

Love the WAAX site. With the towers down by/in the Coosa. Very classy station in its day.

Speaking of WGAD, my uncle said that years ago he once saw a UFO near the GAD towers in Attalla.

BTW I workes Waax way back when..that great scenario of a beautiful station by the Coose doesn't mention all those snakes it used to draw into the station.

Yes, but as in the case of most memories, you tend to leave out the Snakes.
Remember, we are talking about "the good ole days" (sarcasm). :)
