With a Saturday morning tweet, Gary Radnich retired from his role as midday host at Cumulus Sports 680 KNBR San Francisco after 27 years at the station.
Radnich’s move to retire now comes as The Athletic reports that new San Francisco 49ers play-by-player Greg Papa will join KNBR after leaving his 12-3pm show on Entercom Sports “95.7 The Game” KGMZ on Friday. Radnich’s co-host Larry Krueger remains with the station with a schedule revamp expected.
