Changes coming to KPHE-LP 44

KPHE is announcing that the parent company is switching the station format to religion. They're also calling this the last 48 hours. Look for the new programming to drop tonight or tomorrow night.

They're also announcing that they'll be back "bigger and stronger". I'm guessing it would have to be on cable - I don't see Valley-wide LPTV stations or regional stations switching. The only OTA option I see is Globe's currently silent K30ES - they have an April 2005 STA to transmit from South Mtn, although they never have. I have no idea how long an STA is good for.
 
KPHE-LP 44 new programming

This afternoon, Bohemia Visual Music is still on, but with no audio.

Tonight, it's TV Inspiracion, Spanish-language Christian programming based out of Dallas.

That makes 10 Spanish-language stations in the Valley.
