Changes for "i" Network next week and TV Land

Next week Growing Pains moves to 7PM-8PM on the "i" Network (replacing AMEN), Charlie Angels returns and will air 10PM-11PM (replacing Diagnosis Murder), and Diagnosis Murder will move to 9PM (replacing Growning Pains).

So far the changes are just for next week, but we all know that the people running the "i" network change their mind as often as most people change their underwear.

As for the changes to TVLAND..... What's Happenin' will be airing at 9PM and 930PM (replacing Star Trek) begining tonight.

All I can say is that the I network was good while it lasted. :'(

You know, I wished that the I network would not have made the changes in their lineup. I have yet to see every episode of Amen and they stopped the show in its 3rd season, never getting to see the wedding of Thelma and Reverend Frye, or getting to see Thelma have her baby and making Deacon Frye a grandpa. I don't have a satellite dish to get TV One but it sounds like it is much better than anything. I guess someone must have thought, "Well, someone likes a show, might as well get rid of it while it has yet to get into a single run of it."

At least the I network did some great things this week before the changes and screwups and that was airing shows that haven't been aired in a while like Hazel, The Flying Nun, McHale's Navy(even though it was a colorized version), 60's Dragnet, and Adam-12.

Hopefully "I" network will expand it's schedule sometime soon and will have more time for all of the great shows they aquired. I've really been enjoying some of them.

Me too, but just when you get interested in a show like Amen and Charlie's Angels, they either move it around like Charlie's Angels to a later time or drop a show all together like they have done with Amen. Now, I never will get to see Amen the whole way through. The only show that they promote all the time is Growing Pains and that is a show that I never got used to.

I wish that they would expand their schedule, but chances of that now are very slim to none now since they just enjoy showing exercise bikes, selling phony get well books, and calling that entertainment.

What shows did the "I" acquire? I wish someone would show the ones TV land has dropped like "Alfred Hitchcock" for instance. O-K, I'm old.

The shows the "I" acquired are/were as follows:

Green Acres
Growing Pains(which replaced Charlie's Angels, then Amen)
Mama's Family(about to go to CMT,according to a source on here)
Amen(gone from schedule)
Charlie's Angels(moved to later time slot)
The Monkees(airs once a week on Friday,if there is no movie or specials on)
Partridge Family(airs once a week on Friday, the same)
Welcome Back Kotter(airs once a week, 2 episodes on Friday, the same)
Kung Fu(gone from schedule)

The only show that is a carryover from PAX is Diagnosis: Murder
