Changes for the Sports Animal

The Sports Animal is dropping the horrible 10-noon Fox Sports show in favor of the return of former morning host Dave Hooker. "The Sports Page" with Dave Hooker and a rotating panel of News-Sentinel reporters begins on Monday June 12. Now, if they would only drop the rest of the Fox programming, then they'd have something.

I can't stand the national Fox report during the 6-9 morning show. That guy sounds like the stereotypical cheesy radio voice, and the way the info is delivered makes it very difficult to figure out what really happened.

I'll be the fist to say that ever since Tony Bruno left the the Fox Sports Network has slid, but their late night hosts are entertaining. They talk about SPORTS and the Entertainment of Sports. Meanwhile, does anyone at the Sports animal even know the NBA Playoffs have been going on?

I think the better question is, does anyone in Knoxville know the NBA playoffs are going on. I thought the season was over until I saw a game being played on TNT the other night. Haven't they been going on for like three months? I think if callers called in and asked about them, they would talk about it, but as ling as they don't get calls on the subject, they won't devote any time to it.
