Changes In NH radio?? Vermont??

So I've been out of town for quite a long time, I hear about the changes at Nassau ( more cuts) and some interesting rumors at Clear Channel as to who will buy. Wait, did I also hear about a change at WKXL in Concord??? People moving out and an owner that doesn't know what the hell is going on may want to get out? Let's start with KXL...wow what a mess...internally I hear they are in shambles. Mostly due to an owner that has no clue..what a shame . Even as a stand alone it's unfortunate to hear the place is falling apart despite what the guy there says. Stay tuned on that one. Now I hear Nassau is going to restructure some New England properties. They unloaded a bunch of people and killed some popular employee benefits. They put a questionable "rookie" in charge of NH and unloaded an old time veteran. Watch out girls!! It seems as if the place is just falling to the bottom. Don't be surprised if they bail out sooner than their plan..after all they clearly don't get it. We'll see. Clear Channel...hmmmm where are they going. Will Vox come back in NH? Will a former old time VT owner get back in. Sorry I've been sworn to secrecy on this one. The best we can figure is that perhaps the sale of all these smaller stations will bring about some positive change in radio...God is it boring now. 2007 will be interesting.....!
