Changes on the way for KOIT?

The station has been playing Jennifer Lopez,... which is not on their play list until this past few weeks. So, it makes me wonder if changes are on the way for KOIT (Besides flip to All-Christmas later in November...I think)? Or are they simply trying to differentiate themselves from KFRC?

Speaking of KFRC,... I think they sound a lot like KOIT in the early 90s.....
Edited by RadioPrince on 10/31/05 06:46 PM.

Have they been playing a wide variety of Jennifer Lopez songs, or just one or two in particular?

If it's just a song or two that fits KOIT's format, then it's not indicative of anything.

The only one I heard when I was out there last week was "If You Had My Love". Having played all of her songs as currents, that would have to be the best fit for KOIT's format. The song isn't very heavy on the ears

Also, Q92 92.5 Montreal (soft AC) plays that song. They used to play "Love Don't Cost A Thing" before their major tweak from mainstream AC to soft AC 2 years ago.
