Channel 12 Delaware Newscast has improved

I've been checking out the channel 12 Delaware Tonight newscast recently and have noticed an improved product. They seem to be covering more news and the features also show improvement. It's become a decent 1/2 hour newscast that covers the Wilmington area news as well as the rest of Delaware. Channel 12 has the handicap of not having the larger budgets the Philly commerical TV stations have available to them to have a large staff of reporters and camera people, etc. WHYY has found a way to put together an informative newscast for Wilmington. I've gotten in to watching the 5:30pm Delaware Tonight newscast and then sticking around from 6pm till 7 for the Jim Leheir News Hour. A solid 90 minutes of news and informational programming.
