Channel 12's "analog" feed on Comcast

The downgraded feed that WHYY is sending Comcast for Comcast's channel 12 is not the same feed that is on channel 240 or even on DirecTv SD or HD 12. Comcast 240 and DirecTv HD 12 seem to just be passing along WHYY-DT. DirecTv SD 12 is showing WHYY-DT with the sides cut off. Channel 12 is doing their beg a thon right now and there are different graphics on the screen on Comcast channel 12 than the other 3 feeds that I have access to. Any one have Fios HD to compare the 2 feeds for WHYY on Verizon?
