Has added more sub channels now goes up to 28-12. But channels 28-11 and 28-12 are just a black screen.
 
More sub channels = much crappier picture on all channels I wish the FCC would have set 2 or 3 sub channels max so the picture on all will not be 360p
 
Still just blank screens on KUGB 28.11 and 28.12 at a check this morning (August 1.)

This would match KAXT in the San Jose, CA market for the most video subchannels on one signal, once something actually gets programmed on the additional streams.
 
15 has 10 sub channels to
 
Update: KUGB 28.11 and 28.12 were running (different) infomercials at an 8:45am check August 15, so all 12 subchannels are now active.
