Channel 30 in Houston

I hear through the grapevine that the upgrade of low power channel 30 in Houston may be about to happen, along with the programming flip to Hispanic Family oriented LAT-TV.

The new signal should be on par with the recently upgraded 21 and 43, which actually do quite well at my Cy-Fair location.

Of course with no cable/satellite distribution, 21/30/43 are fighting uphill, as is the weaker Almavision on channel 34.
