I heard about the Providence cuts, they sound fairly brutal.

have putting down candidates for things other than politics?

The same can (and has been said) of you, but you cry to the moderator that an ad hominem attack has been made upon you. After all you area public teleivision figure so your appearance should be open for discussion too should it not?. Lucy is right, you cannot have it both ways, if it was wrong for Depetro to make comments about a "fat lesbian" then you have no credibility when you scream for his head over such a comment but then go on to comment about your belief that he is a "strange looking dude". That is common logic at work. WOuld you have been so outraged if he had made a comment about a woman who was just fat without reference being made to her sexual orientation? I doubt it, you're pretty selective when it comes to launching attacks on people, they have to fit your self serving agenda, anyone who reads your selective outrages knows you to be a phoney.
Varulven said:John Kerry won the presidency. He just didn't fight for it after Rove rolled over him.
Romney will be haunted by the fact that he was aloof as Governor of Massachusetts.
Especially with the Dems in control - we could all come up with 20 or 30 effective
commercials on him right now. Mitt Romney won't be able to defend the Kerry Healey
attack ads like Deval Patrick did.
In fact, I'd get Kerry Healey to come out and denounce Mitt - or better still -
show her with a pie on her face and all the times he abandoned her and Massachusetts in a
60 second TV commercial. Romney has about as much of a chance against Hillary as
he did against Kennedy: no chance.
Remember what Howie Carr said - if Shannon O'Brien didn't make that faux pas, she's
Governor for at least two terms.
Romney's a charmer but very untrustworthy. Everyone will remember how he spit on this state.

2)Harvey's been in/on radio many times since WZLX, including WCGY
3)You would be well advised to study punctuation.
Varulven said:Mr. Wharfield chose not to go back to the radio game. He told me he didn't want to go to WZLX when Bill Smith hired him in 1986 or whenever it was. Bill was persistent and Harv did an excellent job.
