Channel 4 - WBZ News - Lost in Patriots Hype

"absentee father, Tom Brady"
Not nice.

You can argue its importance --over a fire?-- but not that it's not news. The SB is big news and those that don't hype it do so at their own risk (of knobs turning stations).

I agree with the first poster. There are residents of New England who could give a rat's behind about Brady and company. That's why I refuse to watch NECN (the only non-sports service I get from greater Boston here in greater Hartford).

GO GIANTS!

the clickers will click anyway. there's no loyalty to local news anymore. viewers are being stupfied by 4,5,7, 25 and necn.

over 40 people homeless from a massive fire in lawrence that even made top story on major national newscasts, plus two other local fires causing a loss of life and multiple injuries to firefighters in newton and rockland in the past couple days, when we get 7 grand sb packages and a barber who buzzes patriots numbers on the back of little kids heads at the top of each local newscast...the hype has gone absolutely overboard...

Lighten up. At least it's a two-week period where the top story will not be the weather!

(With all due respect to any victims of such aforementioned stories, of course...)
