Channel 43/Bridgeport - New Calls

Apparently, this happened effective last Sunday according to the station's Wikipedia page. I had only found out about it just now when, while watching "M*A*S*H," a red bar with information from the National Weather Service on a severe thunderstorm warning was punctuated with: "(WZME)". I looked it up and found that WSAH (a callsign that had gone back to the old "Shop At Home" days) is now WZME. So there you go.

Yeah, this was already posted last week on the New York City board. The Verizon Fios channel guide still shows WSAH with the WSAH logo.

The guides are going to be wrong for a very long time. Tribune sourced guides still have the Shop At Home logo. Fios uses FYI who are notoriously bad.

Actually back when WSAH switched to RTV, Verizon Fios had the RTV logo up pretty quickly (within a week or so). Is WZME using the Me-TV logo, or still using that DT-43 logo?

As of Sunday, it was still the "TV-43" logo - WSAH calls and all. :-X
