Channel 6 problem

You're not the only one...I have Comcast HDTV service and it's most noticeable, for some reason, unless it is when i pay attention the most is when they are doing the weather outside the station and they have to zoom in and pull back to display the graphics is when I see it the most.
 
Are they even on the same channel?
I thought that DTV signals were supposed to eliminate things like this.
Perhaps it was some problem at the station with some wires being crossed or something?
