Channel 61 in Greensboro, NC

I may have missed something, but why is WLXI 61 mapping to channel 43 on my tv? I realize that 61 is out of core. Is that it? I never actually watch TCT.
 
Because WLXI-DT transmits on DTV/RF channel 43. 52-69, plus now 51, are not used for DTV anymore. And 31-51 may go soon as well!
