channel 8 off the air?

I was channel surfing this morning, and noticed WROC-TV appeared to be off the air. They are still off as of noon on friday. Transmitter problems, perhaps?

Too bad this wans't a day for tropo ducting. I remember many years ago when WROC had a regular silent period (as an NBC station), and I could often see WGAL from Lancaster, PA like it was a local station! And this was over cable no less.
