Channel 95.5 Scheduling đź“…

I noticed that On Air with Ryan Seacrest is not on at Channel 95.5 on other IHM stations. Why is that? Instead they have the Joe Show which is great but it's a morning show on 93.3 FLZ in Tampa.
 
There's no requirement that every iHeart station has to carry Seacrest (which is in middays) ... The members of the Joe Show (in afternoons) all came to Tampa from WKQI and Joe is the son of 95.5's morning host Mojo.
