Channel 955s Mixshows are BACK

The Channel 955 bomb squad has now brought back ALL of its mixshows! As of yesterday 955 announced starting tonight the "Saturday Night Bomb" will be brought back. Goose and DJ Paul Martindale will be running this show.

Back in August 2010 955 had decided to remove this mixshow and put premium choice programming as a replacement. We were stuck listening to "Saturday Night Online live". Yes I hate listening to the premium chocie crap, so I didin't listen to the station during the time. Other mixes that were removed in the past 6 months were 3 hours from friday nights(2-5 am) mixes and 4 hours from saturday night.(1-4 am). But all were brought back quickly.

So here is the weekly schedule if you wanna here mixes!

9' O Clock beatdown - 9 PM Weekdays(DJ Shortstop and Buda)
Friday Night Mixtape - 11 PM - 1 AM Friday Nights(DJ Shortstop and BG)
Club 955 - 1 AM - 2 AM Friday Nights(DJ Whip and BG)
Spin Cycle - 2 AM - 5 AM Early Saturdays(DJ Gonzo and Nate Tyler)
Saturday Night Bomb - 8 PM - 10 PM Saturday Night(DJ Paul Martindale and Goose)
Clutch Cargos LIVE Club Mix - 10 PM - 1 AM Saturday Nights( DJ David B and Nick Craig )
Ministry Of House - 1 AM - 3 AM Early Sundays ( DJ David B and Goose)
Bump N' Thrust - 3 AM - 5 AM Early Sundays (DJ Matt Camron and Goose)
Tonic Nightclub LIVE Mix - 10 PM - 2 AM Sunday Nights (DJ Paul Martindale and Stick)

Man... Thats A LOT of mixes. Definitely accounts for the most mixshows in detroit and possibly any station elsewhere.

All the mixes(But 1) play the music 955 would normally play but you will here a lot of remixes and artists like Brilliance,Christian TV, and Drew32 who are Detroit rappers/artists. But the Ministry of House is ALL house music.
 
I'm really glad to hear they brought them all back! Their schedule looks similar to ours.
Channel is doing 25 hours a week of mix show programming, we do 21 hours a week on 104-5SNX.

Thanks for showing me that. Now I know that memorial weekend its going 100% mixes :) That will be good for a party... 955 used to do ALL-MIX days a few years ago. They did it on labor day/memorial day. They used to even do the minimixes all through out the summer. They don't do that anymore...

But truth is with me, I wont just turn the radio on in the weekdays and listen to music unless I am in the car. But if they have a DJ on mixing I will turn the radio on. So when they had the 9 minute 55 second mini mix I had the radio on more... Same with the all-day mixes.
 
Wow this weekend arrived fast... 955 is doing Old school mini mixes all weekend long. I'l blast wsnx from my laptop during the day though :)

But I have one question here... DJ Shortstop said awhile back he was gonna be on WSNX... What happened with that?
