Channel 96.1

I was driving through the area and I notice the audio was down, but the HD quality sounded great. Also, on the normal FM analog, it wasn't 100% clear. Is this usual?
Anyways, why are the most recent PPM's low for them? Something not working out for them? I will give you this, Kiss sounded a lot better. And so did 107.9 the Link!

Normally Channel 96.1 has very good audio processing. Perhaps a problem on that day. As for ratings, I think Kiss 95.1 and 96.1 go back and forth with a similar hit music format. I tend to listen more to 107.9-WLNK.
